Washington Crossing Animal Hospital

We've been taking our dog here ever since we moved into the area. We've always been treated well and had professional treatment. We get notifications when her vaccinations are due, and they do everything they can to see you right if there's urgency in the nature of an unplanned visit. The staff is friendly and all love animals. We seek the best for our dog as she is family and have never had a reason to take her anywhere else.

Dr. Bovee - Love and trust this doctor! He performed emergency surgery on my cat Artie which saved his life. All my cats were comfortable with him, which speaks volumes. He is a compassionate and gifted veterinarian. His genuine concern and care for the well being of animals is obvious from my first meeeting with him. Bonnie

WARNING - This is a warning about Washington Crossing Animal Hospital and what they did to my dear friend's sweet, handsome pug. This practice employs 2 doctors, Dr. Bovee & Dr. Chabot that have neither compassion nor proper knowledge of what they are doing. Starting with Dr. Bovee prescribing ineffective medication to cure what was a mild eye infection. When that didn't work the pug was brought back to see Dr. Chabot who recklessly punctured the pug's eye right in front of his mom causing it to RUPTURE, blood everywhere, pug screaming and then needing emergency surgery at North Star Animal Hospital in NJ to have it REMOVED!! No follow up phone call, nothing. She did take the 2 doctors to small claims court but both lawyered up so they wouldn't have to pay for their complete incompetence. The case was dismissed!! Dr. Chabot and her lawyer actually laughed in court. Are these the type of people you would want treating your beloved babies? Could you imagine if that happened to a human baby's eye!!! You would certainly want justice and would NEVER recommend your friends to go to that doctor! Please, stay away from this practice if you love your fur baby and do not let anyone you know take their pets there either.
