Im a retired real estate agent and I loved it, it was easy. The brokers on the other side hate it because they feel threatened by it. Better yet they hate the fact that if the Seller doesn't do thinks their way or the highway, then they have nobody to call and whine to. Selling real estate is so much easier without real estate agents in the way. I sold my 20 acres in utah in 3 weeks, and the buyer and I shook hands and the title company did the rest, so why the hell do we complicate life by adding agents?
