I recently switched to Upper Saucon after a lifetime with the same vet. I was looking for consistency with a vet and wanted more personalized care for my companions. I found that and more here. I brought my dog Annie here for a surgical consult. I have been here multiple times now with her surgery and follow up. I could not be happier. From day one, I was met with kindness and compassion. Excellent customer service. Dr. Ted is so approachable and a skilled vet. Annie took to the staff right away. The surgery went well, they kept me updated every step of the way. Rebecca was outstanding with making sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. They never make you feel rushed. Dr. Ted called personally after the surgery and with the biopsy results. It's very personable here. It's worth the extra drive for me. I was recommended by a family member and very glad I made the switch. I would recommend this office to anyone. I will be switching my other dog as well. I just can't imagine anyone having a bad experience here.
