Salesman lied about delivery people would remove old furnishings to make room for the new furnishings. The delivery people weren't interested in being professionals. They should have not been at work. They lied about delivery call ahead. They seemed to be impacted by the questions about the misleading information we relied on to be true and the answers they were giving. I called the Mentor, Ohio store to register a formal complaint with a store manager. I conveyed to a person who called back how I was treated by the salesman and the delivery people. I was promised a call from the salesman. I'm still waiting for the call from last Friday. I guess someone in charge will call SOON!!
