The rent seems fairly priced. Free well water, but it could taste better and have more pressure. I'm not convinced it's particularly healthy. There doesn't seem to be any effort to keep the roads clear of snow or ice.
Within walking distance of a bowling alley, a nice restaurant, and a couple gas stations for food and snacks, but not near any sort of groceries. Bus stops close by to take people between Williamsport and Jersey Shore.
