I called Enchanted Florist a year before my wedding date to discuss prices, options, etc., as I had no idea what to expect price-wise. The woman who answered the phone curtly told me that they were "too busy helping 2016 brides" and to call back after wedding season. I will not be using them for my wedding, or any occasion thereafter.
