Very clean with new machines. Regular wash $2.25, dryers are $.25 for 6 minutes. The owner is friendly and helpful. He is very cautious about keeping the machines in great condition, so he will likely advise you about where and where not to put your laundry basket, soap, etc.

The place is a decent facility for washing laundry if you can stand the smoke. I didn't think I should have to sit and smell the cigarette smoke filling the whole place from who I'm guessing is the owner/manger in the other room. I have allergies and breathing problems (I carry an inhaler) and there was no place to escape it; also I went there to get my clothes to smell better not come back smelling like an ash tray.
