A friend and I became stuck on an ice patch hidden under a coat of snow while acsending West Rim Rd on New Year's Eve. Owner Randy came out to free my SUV when my Emergency Roadside Service was unable to find anyone else to because of the holiday and the road conditions. He was quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
