Zhou's House Chinese Restaurant

Moved here a year ago, tried EVERYWHERE! 1st order was decent and good, but really awkward about delivery and tip? Food was decent but came out pricier than the menu? Tried to order tonight, hour before and asked if delivery was ok, said "ehhhh i can do it." Made the order but asked my total 1st this time, price was again more expensive? So I asked for the free crab Rangoon being over $30. All good but then asked to pay with a card and was told $2 more since "the bank charges them" I explained that wasn't the case my last order and was simply asked if i was going to pick it up? Very shady and obviosuly didn't care for my business. Didn't order this go, try Jade Asian or Zhangs new China house 1st.
