YRC needs to hire professional consultants to teach the staff on basic customer service. When I complained to the managers, I was told this is a UNION shop. How does a union shop not perform, what kind of attitude the managers have against their union employees? As a customer why do I care if this is a Union shop or not. I need service, forget above and beyond kind of services, just needs basic attention. You would be lucky if someone will look at you and try to help you at this facility.
