We have been renting here a couple of months and we really like it. The units are well insulated and our utility costs reflect that considering we are polar bears. The unit is spacious and comfortable for this family of four. (Two adults and two children under 6) The only slight downside is that there are train tracks far enough that you cannot hear the train on the tracks, but close enough to hear the horn periodically. That is no fault of the community, but important for light sleepers to know.
