We were back and fourth home depot and Betz .Id like to thank all the Betz staff. The service and the materials were far superior. They saw my frustration and fear . I was at my wits end . Thank you for your help ,compassion and great service Bet! Jesse Austin &Karen Chrzanowski!

I have been in business for many years and have been to almost every supplier in philly and buck county area. I have gone to Frankfort Ave store on several occasions only because it's about the only thing close to port Richmond area. Not once have I ever gone to this branch without an hour of my day wasted due to TERRIBLE service at the counter. I recently sat in the store for 40 minutes before walking out. Not once was I even acknowledged by the staff. I have never gone to this location without a horrific wait to get materials. It is an absolute disgrace how their counter is run. I called to let them know and was told to F-off by a man named Mike and said if you don't like it then don't come in. Believe me when I tell you this is not the end after that. My next steps will be BBB and attorney generals office and so on. The owner should be ashamed to have an operation like this.
