Horrible and humiliating experience! I do not recommend this place to anybody. First, as a new patience, they did not have my records because someone wrote on my profile that "I did not know if I have a doctor in the past" Really? Second, after waiting for the doctor, came the office manager to tell me that do not longer work with my type of insurance! they were not even kind to call me to let me know this and avoid me to waste my sick time!! The worst experience! Please save your time and money finding a more professional place.

Went specifically for chao pinhole gum technique. Was told that my gums werent that bad and just needed to take the swelling down. Ive explained Ive tried everything to do so. Asking for explanation or answer he had none. My option was a root and scaling. This lady acted so nice at first told me not to be nervous and wont hurt at all. I was wincing in pain the whole time out of chair not asking if i was okay once. Bleeding the whole time Not to mention she was harshly forceful holding her fingers on my chin telling me i needed to relax my lip. It wasnt possible with how aggressively she was attacking my gums and holding my face. After she did not say one word to me not one. Cleaned up her things. Didnt give me mouthwash salt water or even water no aftercare instruction or anything. Completely standoffish and ignorant. At the end mouth was full of blood and I attempted to ask for a cup to spit in since she didnt even rinse and suction after. I asked her if this was normal and rudely said well thats why your here. My gums never bleed this caused alot of trama on them.Very unprofessional, rude and condensing not to mention the pain she put me through. Didn't even take my insurance I was paying for this myself. Asked to make another appointment i wouldnt go back if you paid me.
