I stopped in on Thursday, April 2 to purchase Easter flowers for my parents as I have done for the past many years. When I entered the store, there was an employee engrossed in a personal conversation with a customer. I walked to the front desk; there was an employee there and inquired where I would find the potted plants. She pointed to the lilies and hyacinths on the floor and stated that's all they had inside. I walked over and took maybe a full minute to make my selection and take it to the counter which, by the way, was only a few feet from the plants. No one was behind the counter; the employee that was engrossed in the personal conversation, was still talking away, there were no other employees in sight.
I left the plant on the counter and left. To be that ignored tells me that they simply aren't interested in my business. Thank you for the clear message; I will take my business elsewhere.
