This has to one of the worst Walmart's, I waited at the checkout for 10 minutes, not that this wouldn't be expected, but I was the only one in line with 2 employees helping one customer look at an item and one stocking shelves behind me and one more standing 10ft away from me staring into space. Nothing against Walmart, but with 4 employees all within 30ft and I'm the only one in line it shouldn't take ten minutes to checkout. I might suggest drug testing weekly to improve customer satisfaction.
On this Mother's Day eve there were extremely long lines snaking out into the walking areas near the checkout lanes. The lines were 5 to 8+ customers long. More than half of the lanes, about 3/4 of them, were closed. The cashier in my lane, albeit friendly and eager to please, was inadequately trained. She did not know how to process cash and kept asking the cashier next to her for assistance—3 times. He was also swamped with customers it took a long time for him to stop what he was doing to help. I asked my cashier if there were any supervisors that could assist her and she said, "It's only us." A friend told me her dad stopped going to Walmart because of overall poor customer service.
