We had a wonderful experience at Voss and are so glad we didn't go with a faceless big box store!! We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and needed to buy all new appliances, something we are new to. Matt was our sales rep at Voss and walked us through each piece. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with us! He gave us a great deal and didn't try to talk us into more than we needed and wanted. Also, if something goes wrong with one of our appliances in the future, we are happy to know we can just call them instead of having to deal with the manufacturer or a large corporation. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy new appliances.
