I'd put no stars if i could .For starters the kids at the dealership ( young kids usually ) cannot drive stick shift . On numerous occasions , I've watched there employees stall my car front in front of me trying to get it into the garage . I took my car 2015 TDI here explaining it randomly doesn't start , and they told me no theirs no issues ,after speaking with the man Chad in service, it sounds as though all they did was check the car with the scan tool , even after i explained that there was no lights showing up on the dash . I FEEL AS THOUGH A BETTER INSPECTION OF THE CAR SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED, ESPECIALLY WITH WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU AT THE DEALERSHIP. needless to say. two days later the car.. doing the same thing it went into the shop for... left me stranded an hour and a half from home . A $200 towing bill later , I've taken the car to a different dealership . very unhappy .
