I purchased my 2013 Chrysler 300 about a year ago from Videon. I just recently took it to Reedman Toll in Springfield for service. The person I talked to there was actually courteous and respectful when I called to schedule, unlike the woman I talked to in the Videon Service department. It’s ashame I had to take it elsewhere because of the rudeness of this employee. If someone doesn’t like the job they do maybe they shouldn’t do it. While I’m at it I might as well say how dissatisfied I am with my salesman Phil. Who left me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour on several occasions, and when he was actually working with me was completed rude and acted as if he was doing ME a favor. If I didn’t want my particular car so bad (which I still love) I wouldn’t have done business the the rude associates at Videon.
