Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

This store blows! Went in to pay my bill on my lunch, one dude working, stood there for 20 mins and not even acknowledged!!!!!! I finally asked clerk if it was going to be much longer cuz I was on my lunch and was told to come back instead of just letting me pay my bill real quick! People are stupid, and my opinion that's just bad business.
