Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

I was there last night, we arrived later than I had planned (around 6 PM, they close at 8 PM on Saturdays) planning to upgrade 2 phones and discuss upgrading our plan. Byron was incredibly helpful. I may not have walked out with the phone I thought I would when I walked in but so far I do not regret changing my mind AT ALL. Byron was extremely helpful, he explained all the options with impressive neutrality. At no point did I feel pressured in my choices, he presented me with all the options and the information and waited VERY patiently for me to figure out what I wanted. He even ended up staying late with us after closing to make sure we were happy with our choices and not feeling pressured or rushed at all. I apologized for him not getting home to his kids on time on a Saturday night and he wouldn't allow me to feel bad in any way for him staying late to help us. He was funny, intelligent, put up with me and my crazy kids, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Thanks for all your help Byron, all 3 of us are enjoying our new items VERY much today!!
