Valley Ridge Apartments

The apartment was nice and big the management was absolutely horrible. Their policy is to let them know 30 days before your end of lease that you are leaving if not your lease is automatically reuped for another year and you get fined 3months rent for breaking it. We tried 33 days before our lease ended my roommate went to tell then we were coming at 4 (office time is til 5) the lady said ok then the office was closed when we got there.I tried the next day again the office was closed. I tried again and the lady said to wait for an answer and yhe other lady would call the next day so we could sign papers never did. They are horrible and will try to cheat you out of money!

Grossest place i've ever encountered! The place grows mold on the celling and of course the maitnence hasn't bothered to fix it over the 6 years we've lived here!! We also had a leak 2 months ago and they haven't bothered to come over and clean it up!! So now our wall is all bubbly and the floors stink from the leak. Maitnence is so unprofessional! They are constantly out of their element, all they do is paint over the problems here! The people in the office are not polite at all when talking to you either! This place stinks!! Don't move here, because I can't wait until I can get the hell out!
