Originally it was set for 13:30 and was rescheduled to 17:00 because the shipper too long.
Clerk said, “No one called to reschedule. Not my problem.”
This is my 5th delivery to US Food and their appointment was set for 3 to 3.5 hours earlier than the broker booked me.
This is their motive so they can charge late and rescheduling fees.
Since the broker knows I refuse to deliver to US Foods, he gave me the name of the buyer and never the cold storage name.
Got screwed again.
