UPS Customer Center

The delivery drivers say there is a weather emergency if they see one snowflake and then don't deliver the packages. I have been waiting for 5 extra days for my package and it still isn't here.. Update. I spoke with 2 people yesterday and was assured my packages would be held for delivery so that I could pick them up today . Yep..they didn't do that right either. I got notification email this morning that they were out for delivery . So it will be yet ANOTHER day that my things ride around on their truck and don't get delivered .
