Terrible business! It's unfortunate that such a terrible business is kept alive. I live on a "rural route" where UPS and FedEx always deliver on time and without any issue right to the door step of my house. Even though there is a post box setup for my community that is capable of accepting parcels, every time I get a package through this post office I have to drive all the way to the post office to pick up and interact with employees that does not seem to want to help or even be there.
