U-Haul of Bethlehem

Very poor customer service. NO EMAIL WAS EVER ENTERED. No phone call ever received. After hours drop, there was a balance due due to mileage. No contact or final bill ever received. When truck was picked up manager left my wife alone to secure appliance dolly in truck and back out alone in their tightly parked lot. As a former employee Im very surprised this is allowed to pass as acceptable.
