It might be odd that a Customer would give a company a 5-star rating without buying a product from them. That said, after many hours and emails of sharing useful information, offering valued advice, and being what I like to summarize as 'honest and understanding'. I feel as though I have made valued connections with multiple employees at Trek Bicycle Lancaster. I appreciate their energy and certainly do look forward to giving them by business in the future.
