Tom Buchner - State Farm Insurance Agent

My family has recently moved from NYC to PA and have been blessed to do business with Thomas A. Buchner and his State Farm team. I have no words to describe my satisfaction with this crew. Lets begin with Tom. He invited us over for a meeting in which he introduced himself and proceeded to educate us with all the minor details of insurances that were available to us. He helped lower our premiums and provided extra coverage on auto, home and even life insurance. I have never had such a good experience with an insurance agent ever. His team holds up to his standards. Tonya, Scott, and Sandy are workaholics and are on standby, ready to answer all my annoying questions and inquiries. Perhaps I am just used to the "fast-food" like service that occurs in the city but man it was absolutely refreshing to have someone dedicate time to us and seem genuine in the process. I am very optimistic about continuing with State Farm due to Tom and his team's heart warming attention and service. Thank you guys. Perez Famiily.
