We found a beautiful metal bed at Thomasville in Montgomeryville. It was pricey for our budget, but we loved the piece and got a sale price on it. We were given a delivery window of several weeks away and paid part of the price up front.
HOWEVER, the delivery window came and went, and we heard nothing from Thomasville. Well after the delivery window, we finally called Thomasville and were informed that our bed had arrived some time ago, but that the saleswoman we worked with had left... and they let it sit there. So, they had our money and our furniture, and chose NOT to call us and arrange delivery because it wasn't their responsibility??? Isn't that why our PHONE NUMBER is on the ORDER???
We pushed hard based on the inconvenience factor and were granted a weekend delivery. HOWEVER, they wouldn't give us a delivery window, so now we're forced to block off an entire day WAITING for them to grace us with the information. Really? They can't even give us a 3-hour window?
Great furniture, but terrible customer service. Will not be shopping here again.
