Tanner Home & Energy

I've been calling them for over a week. Their circuits were constantly busy. I call again today and the phones are still busy. Thank God for Tevis fuel!! They've filled my tank and Tanner Home & Energy has lost a customer.

Used them for almost 20 years since they were here when we bought the home. After learning competitors were charging less than 1/2 for propane I decided to switch. They came and picked up my old tank, expecting a credit for the unused propane I receive a bill for over $ 50.00 saying that there was not a regulator on the tank. I know for a fact it was there. I sent them 2 separate letters explaining this, they have not once responded to my letter which did ask for a response. They continue sending me the bill for the regulator. I will not pay this bill as they are attempting to circumvent the credit. They have chosen not to respond to any requests and I encourage anyone who wants a reputable company to search elsewhere. I don't mind paying a little more for good service but more than 2 times for a company that has no ethics? No more !
