My mom and I went in switch over to a new phone (I gave her my old phone, so we were not purchasing a phone that day) and to ask some questions about her bill. We waited 30 minutes before someone even checked us in and were told it was an hour wait but not guaranteed. There was no one in the store when we walked in but told that there were 5 people ahead of us. Another man walked in while we were waiting to be checked in and he said he waited 2 hours already and the manager told him another hour. The manager was rude and unapologetic and didn’t care that people were waiting all day. It seems like AT&Ts customer service has gone downhill in general and they don’t care about their exhorbiant wait times because they know switching services to another company is just as annoying as staying with AT&T.
