I will also never go there again..my hair was all the way to my butt crack.I told the lady..well girl to not go past the middle of my back..my hair now sits on my shoulders..I asked for a v shape n got a u..maybe they should go back to grade school n learne there alphabet.she literally took 18-20 inches off..I asked for 4-6 inches..I recommen u don't go there jus find a 5 yr old n give um scissors
