Last time we will ever go to this car wash. It NEVER has presoak, tire cleaner, wax,etc. We have been given free washed due to this but at this point it's just not worth the aggravation. Just left after spending 6 bucks for mild soap and water...headed to Sheets to try and fix this mess.
