December 2015. They have had construction at least since July 2014. Non stop. Even Thanksgiving day. Even weekends. It begins at 7 in the morning and goes on and on all day, until almost 6 pm. Jackhammers, constant beeping of machines, noise, noise, noise. Impossible to sleep, impossible to read, impossible to do anything but leave the apartment and find a quiet place elsewhere to work. Repairs are not done on time. Handyman will find excuses rather than solutions. Only good thing about the apartment is location, but there are other apartments, better run, in the immediate area. Avoid if you can.
