I don't know how Dennis Stover has a license to do appraisals. He appraised 10 acres of land for 60k when 1/2 acre lots on the same road (about 1500 feet away)are selling for 80K and when I called and asked him about it he wouldn't give me any infomation, said he can only talk to the bank. The guy was a total mess! Save yourself a headache and stay clear of this guy! If I could give 0 stars out of 5 I would.
