SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They were the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. The property manager does not rectify issues when you address them. When you rent there, you’ll feel stuck because getting out of a unit becomes a challenge because of the charges they charge out of your deposit to return the unit to them. Communication is horrible and so are most of the tenants. The cleaning company they used prior to Move in, did a horrendous job cleaning the unit. I spent 2 solid weeks cleaning prior to settling my belongings. While it is reasonably priced for the area and location, you’ll be happier looking elsewhere, I promise. The only initial attraction I had to the place was the fact they allow pets. If it weren’t for my animals, I would have never rented there. The tenants that make up the development are mostly trash and have no common courtesy or respect for other neighbors. I strongly discourage anyone from renting a unit due to it being a middle class ghetto. They will rent to anyone who has a deposit, and do not do background checks of any sort. Financial, credit, prior renting history, etc. The property manager is intimidated by most tenants and they end up walking all over her. In return, it doesn’t allot her to rectify issues tenants address. The maintenance team is prompt and respectful, but that is about all they have going for them.
