After calling this agency with only 2 questions concerning vehicle registration, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. His words were, "Why are you asking me so many questions?", "Just come in and ask them!", which was then followed by him disconnecting the phone call. I am writing this to inform the public about the ignorance and impatience that I had to go through for a simple 3 minute call. In conclusion, if that's the type of professionalism you are looking for within an agency, contact them! (SARCASM)
