I've used the copy center here twice and they have managed to screw up my day twice. I had a very simple request both times to scan and e-mail documents, both times I never received the e-mail. I had to call back both times to get an explanation, and they put me on hold both times and then hung up before giving me an answer. It was 2 different employees too! I'm starting to think that Staples trains their employees to do that. Their motto should be "Staples, that was difficult and inconvenient!" I'm hold now again wondering if anyone is going to pick up. I guess I'll have to skip lunch today. Thanks Staples!!
I have since changed my mind. The store manager did call me back and fixed all my copy needs. I now commend you and give you five stars instead of one. Thanks Staples.
