St. Chris Care At Northeast Pediatrics

Good service in person from doctors and staff.....however phone service is horrendous.....probably the worst I have ever experienced. To have to be put on hold for 15 minutes to up to an hour to make an appointment or even a simple inquiry is absolutely unacceptable for any business. There would be no complaint if it happened once, but it is consistently every single time we call. And then to hear the recording say they will be with you as soon as possible is a joke and even more frustrating. Apparently no one of authority reads these reviews either, as I see other similar reviews and the problem persists. Makes a perception that service doesnt matter if they are getting your $$.
