I don't have the space here available to addiquitly express my frustration at the complete failure of the store manager Josh Sowers, so I will attempt to be brief. I'm disappointed to meet such a dishonest and unethical person after meeting such lovely people before hand. This establishment does well in spite of the manager. Sadly Sprint will no longer be my phone carrier.
