Spring Creek Apartments

I lived at Spring Creek apartments for 4 years. My husband passed away in our 4th year and I gave notice upon receiving my renewal. I received move out papers explaining cleaning procedures, etc. I scrubbed the entire apartment like I did once a week while living there. The manager had called me up on move out and stated the carpet was not professionally cleaned up to their standard. I had 2 options- pay spring creek to clean them or come back the following day with the cleaner while maintenance was there to have it recleaned. A few weeks later I received a certified letter from them stating they were taking an additional $165 out for 'dirty sinks, tub, stove top' which was absolutely ridiculous. I called immediately and spoke to Ann, the leasing consultant who gave me nothing but attitude and was completely unprofessional and rude. It's sad to say I enjoyed living there until the treatment or lack there of at the very end. It's obvious this community is only out for money and trying to get their old apartments to go as far as they can. I won't be referring anyone there for chance they may have a speck of dust when they move out and be charged $50. It's also clear that the additional spot cleaning they charged me for is nothing but a money racket since from these comments people are moving in with rust spots on their carpets.

I moved in a few months ago, and I was very impressed with everything in the beginning!!!! But now everything has changed, the staff is very weak , and the service is poor!!! I am not sure any more about how I think or feel !!! I keep complaining about my second floor neighbors who does not sleep at night and keeps us awake, and about all the things they threw from the balcony to my front door! !! All of that and NO ONE seems to listening! !! They came up a solution! !! I have to call the police! !! Well ....a great answer from the staff. Do I have to call the caps when they throw trash to my front door as well?????? This is pathetic! !!! For the rent we pay , this is a very poor service! !!!!
