Absolutely horrible! I went in here for the second time. The first time I went was for a gel manicure, which was OK. The second time I went in, I took my niece and we both got pedicures. There was a man there who was new, and only working for 2 weeks. He was literally DIGGING in my cuticle areas of my toes saying I had "in grown toe nail." First off, you are not a doctor, SECOND in grown nails are painful! I would have known if I had one and trust me I did not! I asked him to stop and he insisted I trust him. He kept digging to the point where I started to bleed. I said, listen, I just told you to stop doing that -- if you continue I will walk out. So, someone else then replaced him. It was a younger guy who has been there for a while. Well, he did the same thing. He started gabbing to another worker and before you knew it he cut the side of my smallest toe to which I started to bleed all over the towel. He then proceeded to take peroxide and dumped it on my foot saying "don't be baby!" I yelped! Finally I left with my niece. I looked at her poor toes and the worker did it to her too. I talked to my friend later that evening, and she said a guy said that same thing to her about having an in grown toe nail, and made her bleed horribly. DO NOT GO HERE!! Not to mention they keep you in the water waiting forever to where it's freezing, and it's dirty as hell. Horrible experience.
