Avoid for Maintenance at all costs. I am gladly driving 20 minutes past Shults to get my Fiesta maintained. I took my car in for a clutch replacement (which is to be expected for this model) only to receive it back still making sounds and shifting funny. When I called back in they assured me it was supposed to do that, completely disregarding the fact that I had 30k miles without a broken transmission so I know damn well how it drives.
Then, like an absolute idiot I trusted the service advisor. 300 miles later I am scheduled for an appointment at a competing Ford dealer now that my transmission shifts like it is full of gravel.
Cars are big investments. If they are that dishonest to me do you really want to risk that kind of money at an establishment that doesn't care about their customers concerns?
*EDIT 1/24/2018*
After having this experience in 2017, my brother still brings his Fusion here to be serviced (against my recommendations). After having his car for only a day, one of the technicians managed to nail his car and destroy his front bumper. While they are repairing it no questions asked without having to be prodded, it comes across concerning that now both of the people in my family that go to Shults have now had a negative experience. My stance still stands, drive a bit further and go to another Ford dealer.
