Worst car buying experience! We bought an Audi from Select 8/16. Four days later started having issues with the car. Low oil warnings & couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work. They said they would call Audi about the Bluetooth, and sent us to a garage about the oil issues. We come to find out the car was not the exact model as advertised, that was why it did not have Bluetooth and other features, and trying to get the oil issues resolved, the warranty was voided because of other issues with the car. The salesman Ken talked to Joe the owner and told us they would repair or exchange the car. Didn’t have much faith in that. Our lawyer sent a letter to Select, their lawyer responded, in writing, they would repair the car. Select reneged on the repairs. We told them we would take their offer to exchange the car, went to the lot and told Ken which car we would take in exchange. Our phone calls weren’t returned, and when we went to the lot to talk to Joe, he said we didn’t get an answer from him on the exchange, and has not responded since. To date they have done nothing to resolve the issues with this car, other than avoid the issue. In my opinion, Select Motors is not where you want to buy a car!
