Money hungry bums run this place and the adjacent laundry mat that has 12 dryers and only 2 ever works or you washer eats your money and floods the floor if their lucky to work at all. They make so much money not only selling modular homes but from the mobile home court they own and collect monthly lot rent from its ridiculous and yet they can't fix what needs fixed. It's sadly ran. And if your one of the suckers who buy a mobile home or prefab home off them...all I can say is good luck. Their a shady business.
