Bought batteries that were buy one get 2nd 50% off. Get to register and I don't have the discount card. Asked the cashier to please just swipe store card. She couldn't do that. But i could take the time and hold up the line behind me tyo sign up for a new card. Horrible customer service. 1st the discount game of needing a card. 2nd cashier doesn't have a card as a courtesy to use. 3rd it's more important for Rite aid to have my email to send spam to than think about the customer experience... mine and the rest of people in line. 50% off on the battery was about $2.50. For $2.50 Rite Aid has lost a customer. Great customer experience.
