I just want my wife to have a fun birthday! Revolutions DOES NOT!
I have been trying to reserve a bowling lane for weeks. Management keeps telling me their system is down and I can not reserve a lane. Each time I call I am also assured that the system will be back up in a few days. They are also more then happy to sell me a private party at 5 times the rate.
I do not really understand how the system for booking private parties works and the system for just reserving a lane is unavailable. I even asked the staff this and they would not explain it to me. Worst customer service ever.
It takes a lot to make me give you a bad yelp review, but this experience has been one of the worst. After being told multiple times that they can not just reserve a lane for me I am really feeling like the manager of this place is the Bowling Nazi, "NO BOWLING FOR YOU!"
