Worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of home services. Rude drivers, out of country , dumb customer service. Skipped my service, told me they would be there the next day or day after if I paid in full, They didn't. So i had to call back to cancel. THey told me I would get a refund, then they BILLED and sent me into collections when they didnt cancel properly. You cant speak to someone who can make a decision, or explain things clearly , i was told twice a supervisor would be requested to call me back as none were available. No one ever did. Spent hours on phone and dealing with them. Had to send a certified letter, and cc better business bureau after they put me in collections for $56 when they owed me money back!! ( the trash can removal fee) All they did was cancel the debt they erroneously charged me. I never did get refunded for what I paid them in advance for service, that I had cancelled. I had to send in bank statements and cancelled check to prove I started another company. They didn't show up on the date they said they would remove can, but someone showed up 3 months later to STEAL the can that was my own, from 20 years ago which was NOT their companies. Then they take the right one soon after and I'm told there is nothing they can do to replace mine. They crushed the can , They did it just to spite, THEY DO NOT RECYCLE OR REUSE THE CANS THEY TAKE , driver was rude when questioned why he took it. All that plastic that could be recycled they just dump with the garbage... No notification they were coming onto my property to steal it away and so I had time to get a new one for my current trash company.
