Rent-A-Center

Had a washer and dryer delivered the other day, my husband was home for the delivery, our complaint is mostly on how they handled our merchandise. They ripped it out of their truck and carelessly pulled it down through the yard and up into the house. They hooked the washer up fine, no real complaints with it. The dryer however they didn't bother to put the leveling legs on which would have brought the dryer up to the height it is needed to be to reach the vent. They also had no vent hose for it (nor were we ever told we would need one) so were unable to hook it up for us. Other than not handling things in a careful and professional manner (after all we are paying for these machines and paying them) they were friendly and helpful in store.
