Joanne Bachmann and RE/MAX Crossroads has got to be the worst agent and agency I ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I lost a potential home and about $700 working with this agency because of Joanne's lack of interest, poor communication skills, and lack of professionalism; and the agency's broker who was not willing to assist.
Read all the reviews....there's a pattern here. There are too many other agencies and hard working agents out there for you to risk working with this one. Do yourself a BIG favor....find a different agency.
