QDOBA Mexican Eats

On January 10th I ordered online during some treacherous road conditions. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:20pm (40 minutes before their posted hours said they closed) only to find the doors locked and the lights off. I assumed i wouldn't be charged since the restaurant shut down for the evening, but I was charged in full. I was disappointed they closed due to weather, but completely understood. Not sure I understand getting charged in full with no tacos to show for it. Clearly i love your tacos, I drove to get them in an ice storm. Luckily, there is another Qdoba close by because I probably won't frequent this location anymore.

I like this better than the other similar chain because they have queso and really good steak and chicken. The people have always been good.
